A single Apple Tree booking can combine up to three treatment modalities in sequence — the order most regulars take: 60-minute full-body massage (Swedish for softer work, Shiatsu or Deep Tissue for stubborn shoulders, Hilot for traditional-Filipino pressure-point work); then a 90-minute Hot Stone therapy layered on top when the muscles are already warm; and close with a Milk & Honey Body Scrub or a Gluta Whitening scrub to refresh the skin. Pregnant clients get a dedicated Prenatal Massage protocol that avoids pressure-point areas.
The nail-care arm is the second programme. A separate technician handles manicure and pedicure, with the Ladai 66-colour polish chart brought to the client for on-the-spot consultation.
